We would like to share an update regarding recent organisational changes.

As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening our work and ensuring long term sustainability, we have undertaken a strategic review of our structure.

This review has helped us align our resources with our future priorities and the evolving needs of the communities we serve. As a result of this process, the Faith at the Margins Lead role held by Paul Coleman has been made redundant.

This decision reflects changes to our organisational structure and is not a reflection of Paul’s individual performance, and we hope you join us in thanking Paul for his work over the last three and a half years ensuring delivery of the faith at the margins programme.

As we say farewell to Paul, we also take this time to look back with appreciation on the network of partner organisations, clergy, laity and educational providers who have worked alongside him to deliver a wide range of events, publications and projects – most notably his development of the disability retreats.

Paul’s professionalism, commitment, and positive impact on our work has been truly appreciated. His commitment to encouraging churches in their work on social justice and promoting learning for mission and ministry has been invaluable.

On behalf of the Trustees, I would like to express my thanks to our LCI community for your continued support as we make these changes to strengthen our mission and build for the future.
