LCI’s library overlooks one of Leeds’ most iconic landmarks, the Corn Exchange. You’re welcome to come and spend time in the library – bring your lunch and we’ll make you a drink!
We stock books ranging from classic theology to the latest explorations of faith, spirituality and contemporary culture. There’s also a large range of magazines and newspapers, updated regularly.

Popcultured. Thinking Christianly about style, media and entertainment by Steve Turner
We are immersed in popular culture. From the moment we are woken by a radio alarm to the TV comedy we watch before bed, we are soothed, excited, entertained, provoked and challenged by everything from tweets to tattoos. By developing our biblical thinking, this book encourages us to become better critics and better contributors.

We have a scheme to encourage members
to use the library more. If you would like to borrow a book we can post it to you free of charge and provide a freepost envelope for you to return it to us. We want to make reading and reflection as easy as possible!
Is there a book you’d like to read? Give Wendy a ring on 0113 245 4700 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org
to see if we have it – if we don’t we can order it in and add it to the library and others will benefit from your suggestion too.
