During service based around the parables of the Lost Sheep and the Lost Coin at St Chad’s Far Headingley this Sunday, we prayed
Lord we give thanks that when we lose our way, you find us and bring us home. We pray for nations that have lost their way and especially those who do not protect minorities and the weak. We remember the 85 people who died in All Saint’s Church Peshawar, Pakistan last Sunday, the dozens who were injured, and their families and friends. We join our voices with them praying for restoration of order, that you might raise them up.
