Our Keynote speech was given by Frances Webber, the Vice Chair of The Institute of Race Relations. Frances is a former barrister specialising in immigration, refugee and human rights law and she was speaking on Making Connections; taking solidarity further.
Frances looks at how we can show greater solidarity and connect with campaigns against labour exploitation, with those who find themselves as reluctant enforcers of immigration law, and with campaigns against the criminalisation of human rights defenders.
